Shane Burlinson brings a unique perspective to real estate shaped by 25 years in the global relocation industry and a lifetime of connection to Connecticut. Growing up in Danbury and now residing in New Milford, Shane has an intimate understanding of the areas neighborhoods, schools, and community life. Whether guiding newcomers or long-time residents, Shane uses his extensive local knowledge to match clients with properties that meet their lifestyle needs and financial goals.
Throughout his career working with major relocation management companies and Fortune 1000 companies, Shane has managed corporate housing transactions in every major market across the U.S. and worldwide, helping employees and their family’s transition smoothly into new communities. His past roles in Client Services, Business Development, and Customer Success helped sharpen his skills in developing marketing strategies, managing complex transactions, negotiating confidently, and delivering exceptional service and financial results.
